The SCiP Alliance takes project management very seriously, with APM-qualified staff and consistent, transparent processes from project scoping through inception, delivery and closure. Our projects are overseen by the Management Group, or by dedicated steering groups drawing in expertise across the community of professionals who will benefit from the project. Project assurance, ethical reviews and careful knowledge management ensure we learn and innovate in project delivery as well as through the ground-breaking work each project delivers for our community and that we deliver the promised benefits and set the outcomes up for long term sustainability beyond the life of the project.
